I have 2 SP01s (a 2008 and a 2015) and I have to send the 2008 slide to get some work done on it. I usually run a .22 Kadet conversion kit on the 2015 SP01 so the slide has not been used all that much. Would it be OK to run the slide off the 2015 SP01 on the 2008 frame for a few hundred rounds or more?

It should fit. However, some manufacturing variances happens and you might require some minor fitting. The Slide from my 2014 SP01 Shadowline fits my 2012 CZ85 Combat and vice versa.
Minor fitting? What do you think might have to be adjusted? I wouldn't want to change how it fits on my 2015 receiver. So as long as the slide operates freely, it should be ok to swap slides?
It the slide fits with no binding up, you're good to go.

A shooting buddy has a Kadet kit for his 9mm CZ 75B. Slide fits but tight. The gunsmith did some LAPPING to loosen the rails of the slide. And yes. if you do not feel any tightness as you rack the slide, then you are good to go.
Good time to change out the old buffer as well.
