CZ SP01 Slide Stop popping out

So I have a new CZ Shadow and on the first shots through it, the slide stop is pooping out every time. Not all the way out but like 1/8th of an inch out. It is like you pushed it in from the other side before takedown but it does not come all the way out?

Any ideas or experiences with this?

Did you make sure the slide stop is pushed all the way in? Its pretty tight on new guns and will take a bit of pressure but it will make a definite snap into place. Otherwise, maybe there is an issue with the part of the frame that holds it in?

Did you take it out to make sure it is not broken that is exactly what happens when the break.

What style and weight of bullets are you using and does it only do it with one or all your mags?

My 2 year old Shadow does this to some extent. The slide stop won't stay flat against the frame. I live with it, not a big deal. Maybe the detent in the pin is in the wrong spot?

UPDATE: The LGS I bought it at, Italian Sporting, was excellent. They determined it was indeed the slid stop that was over-machined or over-polished at the factory.

They had a gun smith in house who looked at it for free and test fired it for me. All while I waited.

So the long story short is. replace with new slide stop if issue occurs. He did also say it was like the slide stop was extremely worn out. Then he noticed in the computer I bought it one month prior.

Where in Canada do I shop for CZ parts and upgrades??? I have not noticed a lot of places that stock stuff
