Cz stock question

Yes i believe wolverine in MB would be your best bet for new replacement stocks. As far as inam aware a 452 action fits in a 452s just like 10/22's fit 10/22 stocks

I had inquired with Wolverine and received a reply from them for a replacement Varmint stock for my CZ 457 MTR... that replacement stock will cost $544.99 plus taxes with free shipping over $300.

Would anybody be able to tell me if I can replace ( without much of a modification) a cz 452 scout stock with either an American or varmint?
Thanks

A CZ 452 Scout uses one action screw. The 452 American uses two action screws, while the Varmint has an action screw and a barrel lug screw (with a hole in the stock to accommodate it). This means the 452 American and Varmint stocks are not interchangeable with each other without modification. I think the Scout barreled action may fit an American stock, but some provision has to be made for the rear trigger guard screw of the Scout as the rear action screw of the American goes through the rear hole of its trigger guard. A 452 Varmint stock with a Scout barreled action would have an unused barrel lug hole in the forearm of the stock.

100% correct. My 452 Scout is wearing a Boyd's Thumbhole laminate Varmint stock. Fit is perfect. Simple drop in affair. The single action screw holds stock and Scout action together very solidly.

Good info there,
