arn't they the same mags that come with the SP01 shadow pistols?

No, the frames are different sizes. You can, however, purchase shims that allow you to use them, but I view it as a bandaid fix.

Alpha Mike, is that with the big mag well and factory sights?

Mine has the CZub factory aluminum magwell, not the CZ custom one. I thought i would try the aftermarket one, but I think the existing one will do just fine. Added a fiber front sight though.
