CZ/VZ drum mags.... who's bought them?

I was on Zahal around Christmas time and saw they had CZ/VZ 75 round (pinned to 5 rounds) for sale. They were quickly sold out within a couple days and recently the site shows more coming soon. I'm guessing a few of them came to Canada cuz who else would buy pinned drum mags. Anyone have pics or a range report?

Thanks for pointing out that they sell riveted mags, I have been looking for some 5/30s. Probably ended up being cheaper than buying them here.

They look cool but I cant bring myself to pay that kind of money for a mag you cant fully use

Simple to make if you can weld.
Cut off the ak locking tab and move it to the left top corner.
Fill the front face by adding material both on the top and the bottom then re-mill out the rest to match your stock mags.
Blue or paint and bob's your uncle.
Verry time consuming and also your bolt will not lock open when the last shot has been fired.

I highly doubt that. Considering they are originally AK mags just converted a bit i assume they dont hold open.

They must turn your gun into a boat anchor and are probably a pita to reload after only 5 shots more of a visual upgrade

Also...how are these pinned? I shoot in the US a few times a year and would LOVE to be able to try it out how it is supposed to be!!! Just need to make sure I can re-pin it BEFORE I get back into the country.
