Amazing news!

Will Gretch be sending all warranty stuff that they still have to you guys come Feb 1st? I have a gun there since Feb 2017 and want to get it to you guys and would like to know how to coordinate that!

A big hand for you guys doing this. Puts you guys up at the top of my books!

As far as we are concerned we start CZ warranty on 1st Feb 2018, any claims prior to that date are not our responsibility. If you want to cancel any outstanding warranty claim with a previous warranty center that is up to you. We have not have time to work out our return policy but NO WARRANTY CLAIMS will be accepted with out first obtaining a return authorise from us. We have to advise you that in some cases replacement parts are no longer available from CZ.

Brother I cancelled my warranty work with Gretch and it was a good decision. They get a bit pissy but having my gun for 7 months and doing nothing but scratching the blue anodizing off the grip made me pissy.

Thanks for the info. I will discuss with Gretch (when they return my calls/emails).

In regards to replacement parts, if the gun was under warranty and they no longer have the parts, how is one compensated?

I believe this was a very good corporate decision. Hoping you folks are able to fill a reliable point of contact for CZ here in Canada. They make incredible rifles.

I hope it doesn't turn out that the problems weren't all Grech but rather at least partially CZ themselves.

^^^^^ CZ seems to have a track record of flip flopping support over time I believe a lot of issues could have been resolved if CZ itself would step up..

Good luck with your new association

Ive never needed any CZ warranty work in the past, but I was worried about it should I ever have a problem. I hope this is the beginning of a good experience for Canadians who need some service work done in a timely fashion.

I have my own personal opinions on this situation but I have to answer here in a professional manner. This is really a question that only CZ UB can answer. I would suggest the first step is to contact your retailer, who in my opinion, should resolve the situation, either directly to CZ UB or through the Canadian distributor.

I know you already said you'll have access to parts, does this mean you'll be able to offer replacement barrels?

Barrels should not be a problem, we already stock some barrels and spare parts but we will be ramping up our inventory level so we can support our warranty service from inventory parts when ever possible. If you require a replacement barrel, or any other CZ part please e-mail Sales@wolverinesupplies,com with your requirements.

I spoke to Grech and it sounds like they will be transferring my firearm to you. Is this correct? All the unfinished CZ warranty will be heading your way?
