The Signature rimfire rings come with the additional clamps to convert them to 11mm - the clamps stamped "A" are for 11mm.
 
I'm glad you cleared that up. I tried flipping the clamps and they are a no-go. The clamps I have are not stamped "A" so I guess I have rings for 3/8" dovetail.

I hope the rifle shows up with 3/8" dovetails as I've read there's some ambiguity on some of the Americans with 3/8" rings not fitting properly.
 
Rimfire central has a chart with the different models and what takes whom.

The scope I tried was a Revenge 3-9x42 and it wouldn't work with them rings.

If it says American its 3/8 in my experience. Another choice would be BKL in the airrifle section, they fit both sizes and can easily take the 22 recoil
