Im looking to tune up the trigger on my CZ452. Can someone tell me who sells a Yo Dave kit or similar in Canada that is not priced in US$? Passed on a Timney trigger recently. I dont want to remove wood from the stock to take a trigger. The gun is in pristine condition and I would like to keep it that way. At least with a Yo Dave kit I can revert to original easily. Thanks

He is a member PM yodave he has a web site but prices are in USD. he will also let you order & use EMT. I just ordered 2 kits from him 2 weeks ago very fast shipping.

Plus for you he is located in BC. I also got his cleaning guides for the CZ

My question is if he is located in Canada why is he selling his product in US dollars? I wonder if the U.S. dollar was worth less then the Canadian one would that change?

Doesn't sound right to me, just my two cents worth.

Welcome to running an online business in North America. Most of his customers will be in the USA, so it makes most sense to use their currency native on his web store. As stated, contact him through his website, his account here, or see if he's at the show.

Pardon my ignorance, but what is so bad about the 452 trigger? I just purchased a Scout from the EE, and having "fired" it on a dummy round I feel it's pretty good. Of course, I'm also comparing it to a Cooey or 10/22, centerfire stuff not being considered.

Please educate me. Smarta$$es need not post.

I put the YoDave trigger on my 452 after I'd proabably put 1K rounds through it and it was well broken in, and already very, very nice.

It took a great trigger, and made it... Cosmic...

The Yodave kit can take a 452 or 455 trigger to less than one pound, which is nice if you're shooting from a bench. If you have some creep in your stock trigger the Yodave kit has shims that will get rid of it. The Yodave trigger kit is very easy to install. I've done two rifles with one kit, with springs and shims to spare.

Not sure if I will make it to the Kamloops show so I have contacted him and am about to EMT the cash to get a kit. Seems the simplest way. Of all the things I can do to a CZ trigger this seems the most efficient. Yeah its a good trigger but whats wrong with wanting a GREAT trigger without blowing a wad on a Timney and having to remove some lumber from the nice stock it came with?. I have a bunch of decent 22s but the CZ452 is a left hand bolt and its my fave. I currently own 4 CZs. 2 CZ85 ambi pistols and the CZ527 (left hand) as well. They make very nice guns.

YoDave is certainly great to deal with and his trigger kit is inexpensive and makes a CZ trigger much better.
