Happy rifle - 10 rounds to get scope setup. Then 10 more rounds... happy enough. Then 5 rounds at 100m.

Found it easier to shoot with trigger in normal mode than set trigger mode - maybe because reach, maybe because not used to it. Quite pleased though. Gets dark way too soon.

Well you know it has to be a good rifle when it can even make me look good.

It has a 6-18x 40mm SF Nikon Buckmaster, Nikoplex reticle - hard to beat even if spend a few dollars more and useful on different rifles too.

Mounted it with Burris Signature rimfire rings using -10 inserts as want to play with this at 100m and 200m (not much drop to 100m but expect there to be considerable drop out to 200m). Drop from 25m to 100m was about 1.5 moa using standard velocity (subsonic) CCI which seem to work best in the T/C R55 so tried them first.

There is a B-Square 3/8 to weaver adapter that I may use in the future if I want to swap scopes with a Rem 5R (8-32x 50mm).

Will post a pic when time to clean it later this week (yes clean them every time back from range, even rim fires - use correct guide, rod, etc and put away oiled and clean).
