CZ455 .17HMR mags

Do any retailers/sponsors have .17HMR mags for a CZ455, 5 or 10 round doesn't matter. Local retailers (Edmonton) don't have any and/or say they can't get them. The 452/453 don't fit.....was told they would, believed it and found out the hard way.

I drilled my own 452 mags, because of the worst case of I bought this rifle from your store, but you never, never get mags in. Never have, never will. Yes, WSS this is you.

The only difference in mags is the small "U" that needs to be cut out on the one side. I works for me. There's alot of info out there on this mod.

Give the Canadian Tire store at Macloed Tr S in Calgary a call. They seem to have a lot of rimfire CZ stuff (their main ordering guy is a fan of them, I think)

If I stop by there in the next few days, I'll ask and let you know.

As 22 mag magazine. ProLine in Calgary may have some. Also careful because the 452 mags(in 22LR anyway) are different than 455 mags!

I'm pretty sure that P&D in Edmonton has a 5 shot mag in stock I was in there yesterday and saw one hanging on the rack with all the other mags.

I have to agree. The .17HMR mag that CRAFM sent with my .17HMR barrel won't even fit in the mag well and it's stamped 452/453.

EDIT: You can clearly see the spacer plug in the 455 but mags are totally interchangeable in .22lr
BTW- top gun is 455 varmit thumbhole, bottom one is 452fs

I think they about the 22magnum mags and 17HMR mags. Not the standard 22lr clips. FS

Took a closer look at the CZ USA website and they list the .17hmr/22wmr mags for the 455 as the same for the 512. ht tp://shop.cz-usa.com/C-123/RIMFIRE.aspx. (part # 12010 and 12011) Interesting, and of course they have hundreds in stock and won't ship to Canada.

CZ Europe has 5 rounders poly in stock (15 euros or so) for 455 17/22 magnums. The shipping charge may be a bit high. Perhaps I could order 6 or so and split shipping with someone local to save on the cost.
