Cz550 stock options

I am looking for a replacement stock for my cz550
It’s a 243win with a detachable mag.
It’s a LUX. The barrel is not thick.

All the options I am finding are for a bull barrel contour.

Is there any stocks out there?
Did the American 550s come with a DM for the 243/308?
 
Yes, the CZ550 American came with 308 DM.

I picked up a 550 that was a 308 and now has a custom Les Bauska 338 Federal barrel on it, and the original stock was replaced with a CZ Varmint stock.

I still have the wood stock, it has been epoxied, and the widest barrel point is just over 1 inch and the narrowest point is just over 3/4 inch.

The B&C CZ 550 standard stock will work with your barrel. (In stock at prophet). Only concern would be if the trigger guard is different due to yours being detach mag.

I believe that is the difference.
Only way to compare would be to try it I guess.

Maybe I should email B&C. See if they know

I will test a B&C Varmint stock on my 527 Carbine, but based on another member's experience here, the gap is not too bad at all and provides certain advantages, like ease of oiling the underside of the barrel normally hidden by the forend.

I can’t seam to find the dimensions for the barrel channel or n the B&C stock.

If the gap isn’t too bad I would go with it. But some are quite big.

I did think a carbon fiber barrel swap in 338 federal would be pretty cool

I actually found a used stock from another gun nut. Going to go that route

I have delt with gretch with henry warranty. Hard to get ahold of for sure. But his work was good.
