Just received one of those today, bought here on the EE, “used” but I think pretty new. Barely a mark on it, looks mint!
The rifle shoulder really well, well balanced, sights come up nicely, the wood is pretty nice the fit is really good, the fish scales “checkering is pretty nice looking, the metal is alright, just a dull black finish of some sort. The detachable magazine is the weak part of the system, it seems pretty flimsy, but at least it is flush with the bottom “metal”(composite) something I like better than the ones sticking below the bottom metal. You can also lock the mag in place. The other piece that could be better is the bolt handle, looks like the one on my cooey 600 😂, but I guess it does the work and the wooden knob is a good size. The bolt is not silky smooth but better than others like the Ruger American or savage rifles, and I guess it will get better with time!
I mounted a Leupold vx3 3.5-10 on it using weaver base for Remington 700 and some Leupold freedom low rings! The rings can be detached using Allen key and should go back to zero when reinstalled to be seen…
I will try to go out to the range with it on Saturday before the -30c temps hit us.
I will report back!
Oh I forgot the trigger, the trigger feels great and breaks clean and adjustable… the safety is interesting, a style I never encountered before…. Not a bad one actually and really quite! It is a button through the tang that you push down from the top to fire and push up through the bottom to safe. Seem to be quite intuitive!

Open sights are good or at least they line up easily and the fact that the rear sight is quite forward it make them easy to look “through” them!
Twist rate is 1:9 so not ideal for over 69gn bullets but good enough for my use.
