Is the SP-01 also known as the Shadow?
I see the names of Shadow, Shadow2 & SP-01 & need to understand.

And there is a new shadow2 which has updated features at greater cost?

Sp-01 and shadow are different pistols...very subtle differences..can’t tell you what they are..someone will fill in the details..

Shadow has blacked out rear and fibre optic front sight. SP1 has 3 dot sights. Thumb safety a little different. Other than that I have no idea. I have an sp1 comparing it to my friends shadow.
 
There is an SP-01, an SP-01 Shadow and a Shadow 2

Diff between SP-01 and SP-01 Shadow (info I grabbed from Internet):

SP01 has
meprolight night sights
two magazines
rubber grips
recurve trigger
firing pin block

SP01 Shadow has
high visible rear sight
Fiber Optic front sight
extended mag release
better single action trigger release
85c trigger
drop free mag brake
three magazines
rubber grips
no firing pin block.
*because no firing pin block, reset point on trigger is shorter.

The SP-01 Shadow also has an ambi safety.

I wouldn't have known this, but just yesterday I took a buddy to the range who is wrong handed. Was showing him the controls, and then noticed the safety on the wrong side as well :)

Yes I should have noted that above as I have an SP-01 Shadow ...lol -corrected
