Does anyone have experience with the cz75 tactical support? Looking to upgrade from my m&p 40 for ipsc standard division. They're reasonably priced new if you can find one, which would be the next question as I haven't been able to track one down.
Thanks

Just got one yesterday from Wanstalls. Haven't had a chance to shoot it yet. The trigger is exceptionally smooth and around 3 lbs using a Lyman gauge. It's a larger and heavier gun than the SP-01.

First thing I would do is replace the all black sights, but that is a personal preference.

I have one and love it. Trigger is exceptionally good. A buddy has one two and they are both very very accurate. Highly recommended!
I changed the stock grips, put on adjustable rear sight and a tritium front, plus a steel guide rod, all from CZ Custom, good website for parts.

were there any issues shipping the sights to Canada?

was checking one out and that is exactly what i would do as well. maybe add a competition hammer. just wish they made a standard blue version or full real stainless

Bought parts from them several times and no issues at all, just order on the site and it shows up at my door.
My Tac Sport trigger breaks at 1.8 lbs on my cheap trigger scale, so yours should really feel better once you get some rounds thru it.

First thing I did was order some parts from the CZ Custom shop. Front and rear sights and new grips.
The wood grips that came with the gun are too slippery in my hands so I trimmed some stock CZ rubber grips to fit. This gun is much larger than the SP-01 Shadow. You need large hands to hold it properly, and the wood grips are too thick.
I tried the aluminum grips with the grip tape but didn't like them. However they fit my hand better than the wood grips.

The stock sights are black on black, and although I use these type of sights for Bullseye shooting I prefer the fibre optic front and adjustable rear.

BTW you NEED a sight tool to change the rear sight.

i have one in 40. simple, a tack driver, very, very accurate gun in stock trim. get away with it, you're not gonna have any regret .it's a big gun,a bit on the heavy side, the slide-barrel fit is perfect for a prodie gun. i only added a stainless rod and a set of adjustable fiber optic sights . just watch for the slide stop ,it can be prone to break but CZ gives you 3 slide stop with BNI guns. although mine hasn't break yet.

how it came right out of the box. just couple tweaks and it gets right at the level (minus the grip-magwell ) of very good and more expensive '''standard''' (ipsick) guns

What they said. I bought one a few months ago and love it. Mine is stock except for the magwell and grips. Mine has the aluminum grips that narrow down the magwell and the alternate mag release so you can fit a standard shadow mag in it. Great if you are Canadian and cannot take advantage of the full mag capacity anyway. The shadow mags fit my tac sport, my shadow and a friends Jericho. The factory tac sport mags only fit the tac sport.

You do need big hands to comfortably use this gun. The grip is very deep, front to back.

Well, after months of hunting I've found one. Keyword is one. Just waiting for transfer to go through now. Bought it off a member here who answered my WTB ad and had one BNIB!

Can't wait to get it, might even make it to the IPSC match on the 21st. Thanks to all that replied and messaged me with leads, looks like new sights and SS guide rod will be the first thing.

Very nice. In addition to the adjust sights a d ss guiderod, a competition hammer would finish it off nicely.
