I know you can change only the barrel, but is it a standard CZ 9mm barrel or a Bar Sto modified aftermarket?

Which .40 mags works for 9mm too? So I wouldn't need 2 set of mags.

Where to get a Front fiber optic sights?
 
You can drop a stock CZ 9mm barrel into a .40 and with a mag change, it works fine. What I have done on occasion is slightly modify the extractor for more tension on the 9mm's - still works great with .40. I have NOT had any luck with 9mm's in .40 mags. They pop out the top. Maybe there are some (sleazy aftermarket?) mags where this will work, but not with good CZ mags...

Buy a couple of 9's :)

Well I'll probably just buy a lee 1000 press, some less stiff recoil spring and shoot very low recoil .40. I like the .45 push recoil but not the 9mm snap...

Whar slide stop I need if I want a better looking extended like on the SP01? cz usa list about 20 slide stop, for each caliber/model

There must be something different between .40 and 9mm slide stop?
 
Different barrel. However my SP01 slide stop works in my 75B and vice versa.

The SP01 slide stop is much larger if your into that kind of thing.
