CZ75b - Doublestack 1911 Grip size ?

I have a few 1911 singlestacks and a CZ75 with Hogues and both seem to fit my hand well.......but by the looks of a 1911 Doublestack like a ParaOrd, or some call them 2011's.....they look to be a pretty wide frame/grip.

Since I am not able to fondle a doublestack before I buy, I am wondering if someone could shed some light on the grip size comaparable to the CZ75.

I am not talking about comfort here, though comfort does go hand in hand with grip size, I am just wanting to know if I will be able to wrap my hand around one and hang on. The CZ75 seems to be about as big as I want to go size wise.

As in - if i fit into a CZ75, will the Doublestack 1911 be about the same ?

I am using a CZ75 as an example because thats all I have to compare it to that has a little wider grip.

the DS 1911 are definately allot thicker...what you can do with a DS frame is blend it to fit your hand..

I have a CZ 75B and it fits my medium size hands perfectly even with Hogue grips installed. I used to have a 1911 single stack with Pahmayr grips and that fit about the same. So, it would seem apparent that the doublestacks are quite a bit bigger around. Never handled one though.
