CZ75B - SA Only?

Keep in mind the trigger on the CZ-75SA is plastic...

Also, if you want to leave the possibility of IPSC around, getting the SA model isn't great, since most people who shoot the CZs use them in the Production division of IPSC, where the first shot has to be DA. With the SA version you'd compete against people with really highly custom made SA race guns.

There is a metal dual-adjustable trigger for the CZ 75SA if you need it. The plastic one limits over-travel.

I shoot a CZ-75SA in Standard Division, not in OPEN Division, which is where the fanciest race guns shoot. Mostly, in Standard division you will be shooting against tuned SA 1911 variants. No compensators and no optics allowed. There is some tuning you can do the CZ-75 SA as well, if you wish, but it's a fine gun to begin IPSC shooting with if you don't like the DA first shot............ which I don't!:D

I've got a CZ75 tactical sport, the Single Action .40 offering from CZ. This thing is INCREDIBLY accurate, and the trigger is THE LIGHTEST I have ever seen on any single action handgun, bar none. Well, wait now, my BP Pedersoli Remington 1858 is lighter actually, but TO light. In both cases, barely a touch sends a round down range. I've gotta tell you, CZ ranks very high in my books, particularly fit and finish and accuracy. If the trigger on the SA 75b is anything like the tactical sport, consider yourself warned!
