CZ75b vs Shadow

Personally, I think 'yes'. Unless you don't mind single action guns, then 75SA is a great gun for less money. I have both - Shadow and 75SA, both are great.
Had 85 Combat in the past but didn't like it much, not a bad gun, just personal preference.

having shot the shadow as one of my first handguns, i must say that it was a dream to shoot. Its a target pistol. Great weight and feel to it, and easy to use sights. If you just want a gun to shoot with, get it. You will love it.

I personally am more of a fan of the tactical stuff, so i would never buy it, but i respect the hell outta the gun; that and i already have a G17, so i dont want or need another 9mm.

if you like the look of the gun i highly recommend.

I also want to buy a Shadow. I tried a friend's Shadow lately and love it! Muzzle flip is so minimal :)
I did own a Tanfoglio TA90 (a CZ75 copy) and shot with another buddy's Norinco NZ85b and i really like the CZ-type of grips; they're really ergonomic. Having shot all these, I really recommend the Shadow. Very accurate and a pleasure to shoot.

However, my problem right now is seeing all those Sig P226R Certified Pre-Owned at 775$.
So i'm currently hesitating between the Shadow and a P226R CPO...

I would rather go with SP01 Tactical (with decocking lever), safer if you wanted to go IPSC Production where in the matches always start with a decocked gun. Unless you dont mind manually decocking it most of the time. You could always upgrade the Tactical anyway, F/O sight, aluminum grips, trigger spring etc.

I had SP-01 Tactical as well, factory sights are not well suited for IPSC, a little too fat front and rear is distracting with its dots. Tactical also has FPB where Shadow is lacking it - one of the reasons Shadow has better trigger. Also, grip on Tactical will be different and to me it was less comfortable compared to Shadow, as I had to put my strong hand thumb under decocking lever, and I can ride safety on Shadow.
For service thou, Tactical is an excellent gun. Not the greatest for CCW as it's large and heavy, PCR is great for CCW but it'd be prohibited in Canada.

I would rather drop the hammer than have poor sights and FPB. I use a Shadow for IPSC.
