Wow you got the SVD scope. Do the casings hit it? I'm really trying to decide if I want the fixed 4x, I'm sorta leaning that way because it's already adjusted for 7.62x39 whereas the one you have I believe adjusts the chevrons as if you're shooting x54r

Yes they are. About 1/4 of the shots will. I'll have to work on making a metal deflector.
It would be very nice. I didn't think about it yet. But I really don't know how to remore it and wich paint to use then...
If someone knows it, please let me know!
Would having an AK mount work better, i.e., would an AK scope be positioned more to the left than an SVD scope?

An AK is hardly a fine arm! It is a cheap tool built to take alot of abuse, with limited accuracy, and not much to look at if you ask me. They have some value here because they are prohibs, but in the states, and the rest of the world they are not a big deal. I will say however there are some rare models that are collectable, and much nicer than most.
Personally I like the CZ much better and in the states they are more expensive than most AK's.

Since I'm young, I always been interested in fire arms and always liked the ak47.
That's why the first gun I bought a couple months ago was a Cz858.
I soon wanted to get the wood furniture to make it looks more AK.
Then I wanted something that would shoot with more precision.
I bought a POSP scope from Belarus and the Cz break.
And finally, as I am a "metal polisher" by profession, I tought I could make that dark bayonette looks more shiny.
