CZ858 at Tactical Response Video

You're right. Civilians should just let the police and military look after their security. People shouldn't be resposible for their own security. Let's just mock whoever has a real interest in any form of self sufficience.

I understand that any mil/leo has every right to laugh their balls off at any civvie who take a TR course and thinks they're a high speed dude. Heck, I'll have a good chuckle at guys who think that owning a few firearms lets them into the club, too. It's fantasy.

I do however, think that people should have to be accountable for all aspects of life and security of home, family and community is a part of that.

I thank and respect all of our serving men and women and would never presume that what I pay to learn is the same as what they get paid to do. I do what I do for fun and to learn, without any illusions that it's the same thing as being on the two way range.

Sorry if this came off as a rant, but we're all on the same side here, let's not create imaginary divisions where there are none. We have enough mountains to climb without building new ones out of molehills.

Amen we're talking about Liberty here.Down here it's called the Right To Keep and Bear Arms.If this video gets a liberals panties in a twist thats good enough for me.I could give a rip how fast the guy changes mags.

i love the weekend warrior videos, alot like mall ninjas.

Buddy even if you were an assaulter on the hill, if you are on this site and especially if you post you are a "weekend warrior". ;) Best put on the glasses next time you look at yourself in the mirror, time to see yourself for who you really are...

all I can say is thank god for hearing protection. That firing line drowned out the music and half my thought process :) I like the little reacharound bolt release, and the Czech brake seems to work well. I had fun

I think that guy needs to work on his mag changes!

This is directly from Czech Point.

The guy in the video who ran the course is a former grunt Marine who is a combat vet from Iraq. He currently works as a Department of Defense contractor who carries an M4 and a Sig Sauer daily in his job. He trains with his firearms more than most most law enforcement and military personnel ever get the chance to do.

He had one evening in the hotel room to practice mag changes before running the course. Not easy spending one evening trying learn muscle memory on the vz.58.

The funny thing is, he is still probably faster with the VZ then 99% of the guys on this board.

It's comments like this that keep a recreational shooter like myself from trying new aspects of the sport. Maybe all us "civies" should all turn in our firearms, as obviously only a select few should have the privilege.

Love the stock and the NEA foreend on that 858, the exact same i'm planning to put on mine, after the bills get paid..
