The site on my 858 is drifted to the right, what kind of tool do I need to adjust it and where do I get it?

Any SKS/AK front sight will do the job. There are inexpensive "C"-type tools or the Magna-Matic one if you want top quality. Neit Arms carries the Magna-Matic tools.
