CZ858 Muzzle break loose?

It's no big deal. Both of mine have some play. If you want it tighter you can wrap the threads with that teflon tape to snug it up.
 
If you take a flat metal file to the end of the muzzle brake you can remove just enough material to give it a very tight fit when the next notch engages in the rotation.

I recommend:

Make a conscious effort to ensure you are filing at 90 deg to the brake body and check your work to make sure.

Do it by hand, using a machine it will take away too much too fast.

Make sure the ends are very clean before you periodically check the fit during the filing process. Any gunk in there from the filing during the fitting of it will cause you to remove a bit too much material and not give you the tightest fit possible.

When you put them together at the end, make sure the two contact ends have a good oiling to prevent corrosion and inspect periodically (I've never had an issue, but I'm also a clean freak when it comes to firearms).

My personal opinion is that it's really easy to do and will give your muzzle brake the tight fit you're looking for.
