I dont have an 858 or SA gun... Don't know if I want to get one "just for a super restrictive 12.x"...

That being said, if someone wants to sell one in Ottawa, I'd save the shipping... lol :)

Edit: a 858... I don't have 4k to sink in a SA rifle...

I think the drafters and proponents need to clarify this. Either they allow all the similarly prohibited long guns to go to the range again or they at the very least write in a provision that the guns will not end up safe queens.
 
Would be nice to see the 858's get moved for cost, like the lowers the other day.

I would love to buy one, but I just bought a tavor on the weekend, figuring it would be getting moved to restricted for sure. And with Dlask's .22's coming up, and with .223 ammo prces coming down a bit (and I've got a hunch that a bunch more 762x39 non-corr is going to be popping up soon), and with the CRA looking for $5k a month, and with about 6 bills going to Stanley and Maurice gofundme/fundrazr the other week....

Tappin' a brother out over here. I got kids to feed. haha!


Man, that 858 for $850 sure was tempting. I had to slam my fingers into a drawer, to stop that in it's tracks

Tough call- do you give in and register it to get a 12(x) grandfather on your licence, or do you get one to sell to Mike from Canmore just to stand up for your rights?
