What is the specific legality on sale of the affected rifles? Amnesty says keep using them as you did before and since it was nr you could sell with out CFC involvement I assume they are still to be treated as nr in that sense. Yet I don't see the affected rifles on the EE. So what is the case now? Is there an official stance? Did the CPC say use them but don't trade or sell them? Give me the juicy details.
