Hi y`all,
I have just gotten a new CZ858 and i am a total auto rifle noob. I have questions regarding the stock of this arm. The low sights of the weapon seem to force me into a really weird position which actually kind of hurts when the gun recoils. Is my posture simply bad or is this normal or fixable? recoil seems also quite stout, am i simply a wuss or is this normal? im sorry i have no other rifles so compare this to other than my rimfires so the rifle really seems unnatural to me. help would be appreciated as to tips and tricks suitable for the gun which i really like.

Well as you know, the Marstar brake takes most of that away. The FN-FAL would smack worse if you held it wrong.

Besides, they're meant to be fired from the hip, or over your head, sideways...

I find the same thing happened when I had a muzzle brake installed on mine. Try moving your head back towards the end of the stock when shooting, this might save your face some pain. Youd could also get a cheek pad, or a folding stock for it.
