Maybe my technique is off but I've always had a pig of a time using stripper clips on an 858. Very hit and miss.

Still waiting on paperwork for the last limited quantity (300 only "special model" + 100 "Canadian") of CZ 858 which hopefully will be in the first quarter of next year. When we purchased the last CZ 858 rifles in 2012 the dollar was on a par.We are invoiced by CZ in US dollars so prices will have to be increased by at least 40%. Price and details will be announced ASAP. No back orders, no deposits when they are here they will be sold on a first come first served.

First production of CZ 958 is forecast for March/April so would expect a mid year delivery, CZ have yet to determine our cost so no pricing just yet, quantities for 2016 will be limited. More details will follow when available.

Ouch! 40%

No doubt the low dollar is hurting every one.
 
The dollar is down 28% so that translates to "at least 40%" increase??

Personally I don't see the appeal of this 958. No irons, screws, no thanks.

Why not continue to offer the plain jane 858 with Cdn compliant lower?
