I knew this would happen: First off I work there I do not own the place and make prices. Second it has been $267 ever since we got any, so I do not know what you bought. Third I was trying to be useful by letting people know we have some and they can still buy it since we have heard nothing about not selling.

If you have it in writing that it is approved for sale, you have no legal reason to assume otherwise. If someone tells you it is not approved for sale, get it in writing, and have them reference the original approval.
