'Czech 8-port' brake availability?

As per the title, I can't seem to find any stores (that ship to/within Canada) who have this particular VZ brake in-stock. Similarly it looks like all of the Corwin stuff is sold out as well. Anyone know how long it usually takes for these things to reappear?

Wondering the same. Been looking for a brake of any kind, nothing available. It's a pain in the a$$ how things for the VZ just all of a sudden dried up.
