Czech ammo two different types?

Out shooting today Czech 7.62x39 with a grey lacquer case and found at bottom of shooting box an old charger/stripper clip of brown cased ammo. it had a 91 stamp on them and another umber i can`t remember at this time. Was there a brown lacquer cased Czech ammo too or was it something from years ago i just can`t remember?

The Czech shouldn't have two numbers, rather a 3 character letter code over the two digit date.

The Czech I bought this fall was all grey lacquer on stripper clips. Good ammo bought a couple cases will buy more when I can find it.

All the czech ammo I've had (10 cases from approx 5 different sources, mostly low 70s and low 90s) have been grey.
