Czech CZ-52 pistols in 7.62x25... Is there anybody importing them?

I was looking at the czech made cz-52 pistols and was wondering if anybody imported any to canada or if the us got them all. would be a cool gun to pick away at that crate I have...

These are supposed to be nice guns, I'd buy one of these over a Tokarev for sure. That metal band around the grips looks a little strange...

That's the clip that holds the grips on. I have an excellent condition 52. It's a very well engineered gun but the grip assembly is a little cheesy. I also have the 9mm conversion barrel.

Unfortunately, I believe that Century International Arms were the last to bring these in back in the early 80's. I had one for a while but then sold it.

Very well made gun and fun to shoot. The only fault I could find with it was that the front site was small and hard to pick out.

I should have kept it.

I asked West Rifle last year. They weren't bringing them in, but they said someone was Nothing since.

These pistols are weird in their design. Problems with rolling locks on barrels wearing to brittle fp to slides cracking.
They were chez answer to tt33 design and were ment to use and digest hotter chez ammo. However that's what destroys them.
