Czech Surplus - Quality by Year?

I've read elsewhere that there's some question of quality regarding the czech 7.62X39 Surplus; the consensus seemingly being that the 'newer' it is, the crappier. I just got a crate of '63, and I'm wondering how its going to be quality wise? and no, I dont have any illusions; its crappy Soviet Bloc surplus, but I'd like to know if there are any potential surprises waiting for me

We have imported and sold millions of rds, all kinds of dates....

We have not noticed any differences at all, we even run velocity and accuracy tests, no differences worth noting.
