Yes to all that except the frames. My understanding was that the frame is exactly the same. Can you give more details?
The trigger pull is much lighter and smoother on the Shadow as well. As mentioned above, I think the frames are different--here are a couple of pictures that show the two (the Shadow's on top). I don't have the SP01 any more so I can't take a better picture. I think the shape of the trigger guard on the frame is more pronounced on the Shadow to allow for a higher hold, and maybe the "beavertail" tang as well.

Based on those photos, I'd say that the back of the trigger guard on the shadow goes higher based on the mag release as a reference. Can't really see the back.

The Shadow also seems to have 3 slots in the picatinny rail, while the spo1 has just 2.
Nope the frames are different as Ceezer pointed out. The Shadow frame is undercut behind the trigger guard deeper and underneath the beavertail where the webbing of your hand goes.

The magazines can be had from czcustom.com @ US$37. If you have them shipped to Hagen's of Blaine it'll be extra $3 for the phone call to you and you can go and pick them up yourself of have them shipped to your door. Both ways work. Still a little cheaper than local stores. If you need more than 2 (over magic $100) you may have to do multiple shipments.
