5.56mm CZW 556 assault rifle
An assault riffle CZW 556 is an individual weapon. It is assigned to the use in the army, at police and at other law enforcement troops. That is a simple, light, compact, but very effective weapon, assigned to destroy the live forces. The weapon is able to shot in an automatic or semiautomatic mode. The length of the burst is limited by the magazine capacity and by the time of switching the trigger by the shift setting in the position “AUT”. The new design of the locking mechanism enables aiming during shooting long bursts and therefore the battle value of the weapon increases very strong. The weapon can be equipped with mechanical aiming devices (sights or dioptric device). It is possible to equip the weapon by different types of day or night aiming devices. These devices are adopted on the clam, which is a part of the weapons cover. The weapon has a unit design with high uniform details, which enables a simple reconstruction of the weapon in other types (a short version, machine gun a weapon with a tipped but). The design of this weapon is a base for a weapon family for different types of cartridges.

Ok, so who's working on getting these beauties over here
they arent even on CZ website yet so my guess would be that they arent even in production stages yet..... but i could be wrong. Either way its way nicer looking then the one in the OP.

That doesn't sound hopeful for making it available, let alone non-restricted. Not unless they make an entirely different receiver for us.
