DA Revolver VS Auto-loader

While not a seasoned vet with revolvers I've shot alot of DA self-loaders by different makers. While I have no doubt great speed and accuracy can be attained. To me, at least it seems DA revolvers just have smoother triggers.
Can a DA self-loader have a revolver's trigger?
Is round count the only thing the self-loader wins at?

Just curious. Not intending to start a war.

that as well as reloading speed...

I have to say I don't found DA semiauto triggers in generally to be worse than DA revolver triggers. SA triggers maybe...

Not sure what guns you're talking about but my Berettas DA pull (with a 'D' spring) is great IIRC ~8 lbs very smooth too. Is there any revolver with a DA pull of less than 8lbs?
 
Both DA revolver and semi can have decent trigger, it is depends on their trigger group design and after market parts. revolver and semi both have their own right and fun. You really need to own both.

the reason i went to a da revolver was that i got old and sick of picking up brass to reload- after 30 years, your back starts to go- as to triggers, my beretta 92 is far smoother than the ruger redhawk, but a longer draw,
 
A PPC revolver will show you what a double action pull can be. I have never tried a double action pistol that had a comparible trigger pull - which is not to say they don't exist.

Koldt, you reading this? There's one guy who should be able to provide an authoritive opinion.
 
Revolver have faster trigger reset times than self loader.
S&W being the fastests .thats why spead shooting records
are revolvers and why Jerry Mickeluck(spelling dont mean t offend the gentleman.) uses Smiths.Although they aren stock revolvers.I believed
he uses custom shop 38Super with full moon clips.If Í'm wrong I msur some one will be able to correct me
