Fiberclass stock with new paint & a nice pillar bedding job
Ted Gaillard barrel finished at 24 1/2" with a recessed crown & .610 muzzle. Barrel & action Teflon coated.
Trigger tuned to a sweet 2 lb pull.
Talley Mounts & a Leupold Vari XIII 3.5x10x40mm
Floor plate removed for the after market drop mag. (Dad's a drop mag guy). Not to worry I have the bits to put it back when he hangs it up.
I think he'll be a very happy hunter this fall.
Notice the updated bolt guide stop. See the hole in the back. No field failures now.
It looked like this last fall, Dad is like me & likes a Fiberglass stock for a hunting rifle. If he don't like it now, then he can dig his old Browning out of the closet & I'll keep this one for myself
