Dad's First AR Build!

Hey everyone! I'm posting on behalf of my father who just completed his first full AR build and is eager to show it off!

The rifle started off as a Palmetto State Armory rifle purchased from IRunGuns:

Then everything came off! Including the front sight which was a little easier than some previous front sight removal efforts *cough Norc cough*

Here is a list of the items that replaced the stock parts:

Magpul UBR Stock
Ergo grip
Battlearms Ambi Safety
Phase 5 EBR 2
Norgon Ambi Mag Release
Brownells Enhanced Trigger Guard
Brownells Oversized Mag Release
Rock River Arms National Match 2 Stage Trigger
13 Inch Troy Alpha Rail wih Squid Grips
Lantac Dragon Muzzle Brake

I have to say its a pretty sweet shooter completely ambi - which I don't know if he did to be tactical or because he knows his son is a lefty!
 
very nice, but you may want to reconsider that trigger guard, maybe go with a magpul or knights if you are looking for more room, that ones a got not really the way to go.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. It is a tack driver! Irunguns is awesome to deal with. By the way, I forgot to include the Raptor charging handle on the parts list. It was one of the first additions.
 
Sweet rig!!!!!!!!! Hows the Norgon Ambi Mag Release how do you like it can you compare it to a troy ambi release?
 
I like the Norgon very much, positive feel, and mags drop free. Can't comment on the Troy. Never used one. I based it solely on forum feedback.
