Dagger SAP6 Honest unbiased experience

Ive owned 2 SAP 6's. Both were newer generation and both ran PERFECT. I realize that is contrary to the general consensus here but theres alot of hearsay surrounding the SAP 6 VS real experience.

Mine was used, had about 100 round through it when I got it. I had 3 mags. 2 6s and 1 10. All 3 ran perfect. The gun itself was SMOOTH. I was impressed. Even the stock felt like good quality. I was expecting it to feel cheap, but I wasn't interested in finding a replacement once I tried it.

The gun preferred 2 3/4 shells for sure. It would fire 3 inch but don't bother.

The thing I learned quickly about the SAP 6 is that you have to cycle it hard. Its easy to short stroke because the spring in the pump gives feedback against the handle. It tricks your mind into thinking the stroke is over so you let the pump go forward before the shell is completely ejected. If you pump it properly, you'll find it works excellent, every time.

In fact, I got to the point where i really liked the spring assisted pump handle. There were little techniques you could use to run the gun faster or with less effort.

Side note, I've also recently dealt with the Tactical Imports and had a GREAT experience with them.

How come you haven't contacted us for repair? We'll be able to diagnose and fix the problem and ensure your shotgun is running 100%

That would be because I did not purchase the 1st generation SAP6 from you. It was bought at my gun club. With that being said is there a replacement part I can purchase that I can install myself. I have taken the shot gun fully apart before.
