Hey everyone, I just had a quick question. I just started reloading and everything has been going great. Took the IWI Baby Eagle to the range (in .40) to test out the new rounds and everything worked fine except my brass was mangled. It kind of looked like this, but directly in the center and on both sides:

I thought it could be my reloads (so did everyone else at the range) but I went back tonight with factory ammo and got the same thing. Took out my recoil buffer but that didn't help. Any ideas on the culprit? I was thinking bad spring, but that is based on pretty much nothing as I am quite new to shooting.
