Hi everyone this been my 1st post im in the market to purchase a really good scope
one that could gather light in the worst possible conditions cloudy, misty
around 4;30 in the afternoon extremely low light i need a scope that will do the job
can you recommend one my budget $1000.00 thanks.

Well, there are lots of options in that budget. Many people develop brand loyalty which doesn't make his or her choice clearly better than someone else... But for what it's worth I like Zeiss and the Nikon monarch is really very good glass for the money. Lots of great review vids on YouTube when doing your research.

Look at Zeiss, try to find something with a 56mm objective and a 30mm tube. Swarovski makes good low light scopes too, but they'll cost a little more. - dan

I second the Nikon for very reasonably priced clear optics.
An older Zeiss Conquest is also quite good. The HD ones are over $1k with tax.
