Modular rifles are great: You can own one lower and several uppers and mix and match as you please, right?

OK, so you build up a 20" HBAR for longer range target shooting. You put together something cool, with a Larue 13.2 FF foreend, NM trigger... You decide it's about time you changed that ratty old A2 stock for something a bit slicker, so you order a Magpul PRS...

Then you fire someone else's shorty AR, and decide you really should build a shorty upper, so you go ahead and get one together. Hmmm... an 11.5" upper looks kinda dumb on a lower with a PRS.

Had the PRS stock on my lower, swapped it for the 93B. So far, it works great with the 16" upper and the 11.5" upper. Problem solved :) Just waiting on delivery of the rubber buttpad and aluminum strike plate to complete the stock.

I did it the other way around. Got myself all setup with an 11.5" shorty AR, and then picked up a 16" Stag M4 upper. Now I gotta get a new lower to match. :p
