Damn You Marlin!

I'd love to get my hands on a 1895 GBL but no one has any left in stock and from what I've heard Remington/Marlin have ceased production until they can sort out their quality control issues. Hopefully they'll sort themselves out ASAP.

To the OP: congrats on your new purchase! I hope your rifle works great and shoots true.

Epps has a couple as well as Gagnon sports.

Well I called Wanstalls today and their last 1895GBL is now spoken for! Not sure who I was talking to (Kevin perhaps?) and they were very patient in answering my questions regarding the rifle. He looked it over and inspected the rifle and provided feedback right over the phone; I could here him working the action in the background.

So with that, along with lil juiced coupe's review, I had them put it aside for me on lay-away until I get back home from course. I'm so excited!

Service was great and they even threw in a military discount which is not something I look for or expect but if they offer I guess I'll take it.
