I picked up a Stoeger Condor Supreme today in Calgary. I get the gun home, and try out some snap caps. Jam. I drop in an empty hull in the bottom barrel, and the rim slips past the extractor and jams up. Now all it does is eject, not extract. Crap, nice gun but I'm disapointed.:runaway:

The way I see it, my boito SxS was the same type gun. Worked perfect. A $700 double still isn't cheap in my books. Not when you look at the millions of 870's out there. With more moving parts, you would think that rule would apply to them too. And after the great success I've had with my M2000, I plan on getting this gun in order. That's what I paid for.

Call stoeger Canada. They have my brother's Uplander Supreme right now getting it fixed. Warrenty work is what they called it even though he isnt the orginal owner and we have no idea how old it is. They claim it wont cost us any money. We will wait and see about that one.

Stoger Canada has a great bunch of people and attempt to provide the best service they can. I've had nothing but good experiences with them, so have no reason to dought them. I know they support their dealers extremely well...hell they even personally delivered my Sako 75 right to the shop so I could pick it up on Saturday while I was up in Peterborough.

Thanks guys, that makes me feel a bit better. I'll try calling them this week, but if it looks like taking it back to the dealer's in my best interest, I'll do that. If I drive back to Calgary, there's no way I'm paying for shipping to get it to Stoeger. If that's what their going to tell me, I'll ship it out, if that cost's less then $40. About how much it would cost me to drive there and back.
