Nice video, and yes you do need to get one.
I've used one of these twice in a Milshoot, and they can shoot very well and are a lot of fun. Well made, and not too expensive either - yet anyways. Not so difficult to convert to centrefire and to produce brass, but you have to be committed. Not for the guy who depends on Canadian Tire for ammo.......
