Contact Arms East. I bought my Valor form them when they were out of stock and they had one in for me in less than 2 weeks! I know Kodiak Outpost brings them is as well, so if Arms East can't help you try Kodiak.

Unfortunately they are hard to come by in Canada. I bought mine from Kodiak Outpost ... within 5 minutes after I saw it listed on their site for sale

Apparently Kodiak only brought in 1 Valor and 1 VBOB.
I don't know how many Valors Armseast brought in, but if I would take a guess perhaps a couple of each?
