Ok, I need this 1911. Who sells it, how much does it cost, and how rare are they?
I inquired at a bunch of places... and nobody has em, nor can they order em.
I just hope they're not rediculously expensive...

I wouldnt hold your breath. The general consensus is that there is only one in Canada, owned by a member here.

True, however I don't think there are any on the horizon to be shipped up to Canada from the manufacturer in the near future ( Do I ever wish there was!). I suppose you could try to bring in one from a US retailer through Questar, but that's not currently very fiscally viable IMHO.

No reason you can't get one - the only thing getting in the way is that they are very popular. It's a pistol that is selling well in the US, most pistols do, no big deal. I'm sure that a dealer here who is willing to order one for you will receive it as soon as it's produced. (that would be what we refer to as capitalism and a free market economy) Given what's happened in the US the last little while, there may be some extra's floating around that were ordered before people found out they were newly poor, or from dealers who just found out their bridge financing got cancelled.
