So today we went bunnie huntin , didn't see a thing . Except lots of rabbit , turkey and coyots tracks as well as some deer tracks.

After 4 hrs in and 2 different bushes we start heading back to the truck and right beside one of our deer hides we find a carcass on the ground, follow the fur pile then up the spine and we saw a buck head , 10 point rack intact .

That 10 point probably has only been down a week. We've been trying for 2 yrs to get him , we knew he was there , just never got a chance to see him up close.

It was sad to see that 10 pt dead as a result of yotes. Nothing left but the skeleton and fur . We took the antlers and skull.

Time to set sights on coyotes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The girlfriend and I came across this nice size doe the other day and seems like the yotes did a good job cleaning it up

Seen a buck last week still had antlers. Friend of ours saw bucks with antlers at a deer hold up area last weekend.

Might be different in Ontario, southeastern Alberta bucks still have their headgear. Seen a couple of antlered bucks today. I didn't think they shed them around here 'till March or April.

was out yote and bunny hunting the other day. I found two deer carcasses right beside eachother no racks or anything but still quite interesting. I;m glad to see signs taht the deer are there, just dissapointed that they getting killed but such is life i suppose.

Just saw a fresh road kill mule buck (forker) on the side of Hwy 14 (east of Kinsella, AB). Still wearing headgear, too.

Last Monday I was driving home from the Midland On. area and was coming across the north end of Toronto on the 407 ETR. On the south side of the highway I spotted 2 bucks on top of a large man made dirt pile that had been there a while as I noticed tall grasses had grown on it. Anyway, these guys were standing nose to nose staring each other down and they both had good size racks on their heads. This was between the Highway 27 & 10 off ramps. Very impressive and good sized bucks! I had to do a double take when I saw them. I thought it was some kind of statue at first, but saw them move a bit. Good thing the freeway wasn't busy as it sure got my attention for a little bit!
