I spoke with Sandy and she said all i have to do is sign End user Certificate. She checked the item number and said no export licence is required.
New limit: $500 minimum for a while now for Brownells. Sign DSP paper and that's all.
But buy local. It all ends up the same price with the current dollar and your paying for the trouble retailers go through to get it here.
There are better BCGs available on the Canadian market. IMO

USD 135 + $ 10 ship = ~192CAD I may get charged duty of 22 CAD
Canada =240+15 ship +pst = $288
Funny how its cheaper to ship form US, while in Canada we get charged more.
If you want a cheap BCG, Brownells also has a full BCG unit from Anderson Manufacturing for $90. minus 10%. Add $11.US shipping and a high percentage chance of not getting hit for customs/taxes when it gets to your door. Only thing is that it's not chrome or NiB.
Edit: Whoops, 10% extra for orders over $150. and looks like they're sold out. They were in stock Tues when I last checked.

Oh? I thought Anderson was a good stuff. Guess I didn't do my homework. lol
So ordered it. i was sent a End user form literally 10 min later. Filled out the form and sent it back. They confirmed the order 15 minutes later and released it for shipment. The limit has gone up from $100 to $500.

Luck of the draw. My last 3 sub-$100 orders got through without taxes/handling fees. Today's package got nailed. Arghh!
USPS tracked. It gets transfered to CanadaPost and you can use the same tracking number to track on Canada post.
