I'd like to thank Wolverine Supplies for being the best gun shop in all of Canada. I purchased a DD Mk18 earlier in June when the contest started and absolutely love the thing! They say that once the AR bug hits its no looking back. Have two AR's in the closet with a brand new one from Wolverine soon. Just not sure which one I am leaning towards yet. Thanks Wolverine for making this happen, its a dream come true for someone who's never won anything before! Thanks to all the Wolverine staff including John, Wolfgang and my sales rep Guy Pounder, you guys are the best!

Actually I tried to get in today but I think Grumpy knew I was coming and he had a Loader, Trackhoe and about a dozen guys blocking the road at the Creek. I have about six rifles I want to try out at the range. Oh, Well, it should be open tomorrow. The local Councillor was there too, and she assured me that it would be passable for tomorrow. Meanwhile, I am going to the Rockets game and get some batting instructions.:)

I was at Wolverine Supplies this morning. The road is open but a bit rough in the one area where the Creek washed it all out. The Rural Municipality had a Loader, a Trackhoe, a half dozen gravel trucks and about a dozen guys working on it yesterday and it was no problem for me to go across it today.

Grumpy, I was told, was on his day off. That was unfortunate because I had a "present" for him. He spoiled my whole day by taking the day off and not being there.:)
