You won't find a dealer that stocks them as they are hand assembled and fitted, and made in very limited numbers each year. Last year I believe DW made less than 300 Valors. I know of several dealers that have them on order (and my name will be ahead of yours on the list 
) but they will not be a regular stock item anywhere, even at US dealers. Because they are made in limited numbers and the US demand is high, I would be surprised if 3 made their way into Canada in 2010...

They can order them... Getting one is a whole different story... I have had a Valor on order with Kodiak for since last summer...

You are probably going to start seeing a lot more of them. DW has discontinued production of most of their lower/midrange 1911s.
Yeah, they have been very difficult to get in the last year. As mentioned, DW will supposedly be making more of them this year.
We are actively trying to bring in both the Valor and VBOB. However, it would be months at the earliest. Of course, I will make it known when some are on the way.
