The saga continues, I finally spoke to 'the man'

He said hes down to a few, and he wants to get one out and go over it completely to make sure its a good one. Coincidentally, he said if there were any problems with the last few he had, he wouldn't let them out the door.

I'm glad you guys made me wait for him, he seems to really care about the products he sells!

Welp, hopefully friday will be the big day!

Yep, I bought my m14s from him a couple of years ago and it was totally clean and tight. All the cosmoline that I had expected to spend a couple of days cleaning according to others, he had already cleaned himself.
Great guy to deal with.
